About our Principal
Don Cardinal is Managing Director of the Financial Data Exchange (FDX), a non-profit, industry-led Standards Setting Organization for Open Banking / Open Finance standards for the permissioned sharing of financial data.
FDX launched October 2018 with 21 members and has grown to over 220 member organizations. 94 million consumers have been migrated to the FDX API.
Prior to this, Don spent more than 20 years with Bank of America, with key leadership roles in their Military Bank, Digital Banking and as a Senior VP of Information Security, where he orchestrated the bank’s global DMARC implementation. Don holds CPA, CISA and CISM certificates.
